THIS CAR IS NOT TO APPEAR ON CENTRAL GAMING OR ANY OF ITS RELATED WEBSITES, MEANING NOTHING BUT A NEWS POST AND A LINK TO MY WEBSITE [http://legographics.idwt.net/] IS ALLOWED. FAILURE TO TAKE NOTE OF THIS README BY CENTRAL GAMING MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.

Other website owners can contact me if they want to post my car on their site. Now, onto the actual readme.

Introducing the first ever true LEGO car for Midtown Madness 2.
This car was made from bricks from the LDRAW Parts Database at www.ldraw.org.
The car first started out in MLCAD, the best software to make use of the LDRAW dat files. Then, the model was converted to lightwave using ldr2lw, also from ldraw.org, then converted from lightwave to 3ds using quick3D geometry, then finally fixed up and exported into mm2.

The hardest part was reorienting and detatching faces that were incorrectly oriented. The cause of this incorrectness is that the LDRAW software does not use culling, and they use primitives, subparts, etc. which can be mirrored, flipped, rotated, etc to fit the piece. This is so that every part does not need to competley start from scratch. It would take forever, and would be very inefficient to remodel every stud, obviously, and inaccurate. So what is an advantage in the LDRAW world is a setback in the gaming world. Overcoming this took a while, but as you can see, it was worth it.

The next hardest and annoying thing was getting breakables to fall off when hit. It all boiled down to the fact that the car's bound was slanted in the front. Stupid me.

Since the car is about 41,000 polygons, the following system stats are reccommended.

	700 mhz CPU
	256 mb RAM
	32 mb graphics card

These might be a little high for the requirements, actually, but that is just to be on the safe side.

Also notice the system of files in the zip. core_legocart4.ar is ABSOLUTLEY REQUIRED for the car. To actually have a car in the selection screen, drop one, two, or all of the other files (legocart4_fwd is front wheel drive, legocart4_rwd is rear wheel drive, and legocart4_4wd is 4 wheel drive) into the mm2 root as well.

	Front wheel drive:
This is what I consider the best in handling. I say this over the 4wd because the Fwd can
actually make use of the handbrake. This car is the best for competitive racing.

	Rear wheel drive:
This car is pure spin-the-back-wheels. Start out slow, otherwise you're sure to spin
the wheels and loose control. I rate this lowest for handling.

	Four wheel drive:
Best for offroading and climbing walls. Not very good with the handbrake.

All of the cars have a relative top speed of about 350.

There are 11 colors combos, you'll have to look for yourself to see what they are. My favorites are Combo 4 and Combo 6.

Some may say that I never actually modelled the car. This is not true. I designed the LEGO model myself, in real LEGOs, before even modelling it in MLCAD. That's modelling.

I'm currently searching for a LEGO Technic figurine for the model, It is the last remaining piece of the model.

I'd like to thank the following beta testers:
	ZNytrax
	Niek
	RoadHog
	Stereo
	Dom
	Anyone else I forgot...I think that's all...Memory's getting old ;)

And special thanks to Bonfire for locking the .ARs.
